What, we wondered, does the phrase ‘School is Cool’ actually mean. Up shoots a hand. Melchior’s, as it happens. “Someone who says, ‘School is cool’ likes school.” Couldn’t have put it better myself.
So what things do you like; what do you think is cool? Tanisha starts us off with “I like school! School is cool.” I am already liking the sound of this.
Anousha embellishes it. “I like school better than anything.” Anything? Better than chocolate? Nicholas is emphatic. “I like everything about school. Everything. When is it going to be lunch?” (This at nine in the morning!)
